Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of 2010s. Aleesha was a member of a large family that included athletes. The siblings of her played various games, like skating and hockey. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer and basketball prior to when she started bodybuilding when she was 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license through taking home her first NPC USA Championships 2014. The first time she competed was in 2008. In addition, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed ninth. The finish she achieved was 9th in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steadily improving and in 2019 she took home her first pro title, at the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive showing at WOS's Rising Phoenix event, in which she placed 4th in 2020. But the "World's toughest mother" was forced to take a break due to her health.
